The years of becoming.

How many of you are in your twenties and what is your experience 🤷🏻

Well for me when I entered into this phase there was a strange feeling, because I was not longer a child legally but also was not prepared for adulthood just by touching the number' 20 ' I mean really. It not a few pages chapter which by reading i would know everything No, it's not.

It is like when we meet a new person we don't suddenly identify them in just one meating instead we know them more by being with them , through our own observations, sometimes we get them sometimes we may be wrong in ident them and adulthood is same filled with unexpected, undiscoverd things.

We plan , we expect too much things to be happen with lots of uncertainty, confusion and many times we don't know what will be next .

Somewhere between who I was and who I am .

There is a space between the person between once I was and the person I m slowly becoming. Things that once mattered to me don't always matter anymore, and things I never noticed before suddenly feel important. Sometimes I miss the simplicity of me but also being excited to discover new things hidden inside me .

Everyone seems ahead of me .

Then comes comparison. You open social media and you see someone getting their dream job, someone travelling, someone achieving something at an age that makes you question your own progress . It is easy to feel like everyone is moving forward while you are standing still. But I am learning that social medianshows people's milestone, not their uncertainties. Everyone has a different starting point, a different struggle, a different journey.

The people i am learning to let go of .

My twenties are also teaching me about people. Some friends become distant, some relationships change, and some people who felt permanent become memories, Letting go can hurt , but we still have to accept that not everyone is meant to walk with you through every chapter, we have to be our own guide.

Maybe I don't need to rush.

Perhaps I have worried too much about reaching the next stage of life instead of experiencing the beauty of of that one I am currently living. Maybe there is nothing wrong with taking time, making mistakes or starting again .

I don't want to spend these years desperately trying to become someone i think I should be .

I want to become someone who feels truly like me .

When you feel like you're falling behind others, it's better to

20s is all about exploring the world. See everything for yourself. Invest in experiences rather than things. Try to learn from each experience. There will be wins and failures, but embrace both equally.
