it is so relatable. actually when these regular things missed for single day, we feel like something is light in schedule, but if they disappeared from the routine for a long time, life feel meaningless. we are habitual for the routine, what we follow for years. without doing anything, we can spend a little time. but we need them for survival.

This is so relatable 😭 especially the “Do you have five minutes?” part because every office worker knows those five minutes are never actually five minutes. I also love how the piece captures the reality of work life without needing anything dramatic—just emails, meetings, interruptions, lunch breaks, and somehow an entire day is gone.

This used to my regular workday. Meetings would bug me. I have always been more comfortable with emails rather than face to face meeting where the same line is repeated multiple times in active voice and passive voice.
