on "Birthday confusion"

There is a strange, reflective quiet that comes with opening social media on your birthday and finding absolute silence, turning what is supposed to be a celebrated milestone into just another regular Thursday. It can feel jarring at first, like looking for a mirror and seeing an empty room. But there is also a profound, unexpected freedom in realizing that your worth and the passage of time don't actually depend on digital notifications or public applause. Sometimes, treating a milestone day as your own quiet secret is the most peaceful way to honor it.

I believe most people have started realising that.

Sometimes, being a bad detective and a late friend still makes you a good friend. 😂❤️

I know it was a weird combination that worked

This is such a relatable scenario. A lot of my friends had removed their birthday from social media and hence wishing them is always a task. It was sweet of Meghana to not get upset and ask you to wish her daughter. A forgotten birthday created a core memory for you. Such a fun story.
