So yesterday,I was sitting at a park with a friend of mine , we started discussing about the price for the property of lands and plots in the city of Mumbai . To be fairly honest it’s seems a it height , spending and depending around the location and area , it just keeps rising and will continue for the next more decades . Talked about cost of opening a bar or liquor store , and realised that the Gov dosent allow to open new stores for alcohol licensing . The only way is now through passing on the license or taking it upon lease . So the cost of it is around 1 million USD . Then we kept on talking about various properties and taxes on them and stumbled upon the talk saying neither if us can see each other living in our current society anymore , the cost of everything has been skyrocketed. Then one more of our friend said that in this economy having a kid is. Legit a task and very difficult thing . The fees of even a kindergarten is in lakhs , so forget about the higher education in the next decades .even Forget about the kid , even getting married in this economy seems like a task , we were discussing about the ideal age to get married in this time , all answered between 25-28 , Which is enough time to get stable financially and put up a down payment for a decent 1 BHK room .

Because getting married at 30 will be too late in this generation and once the time is gone even your parents can’t set you up for a arrange marriage 😂.

Imagine if you get married at 30 , and have a kid at 31 , when your kid grows up and becomes 18 years old , your age will be around 50 years old . It will be very different when he is staring to grow and you will be getting the title of your old age . Time is running out my friends , make sure you count everyday and do things that you will actually benifit from it . Every day is a new beggening for a new journey to start with , all roads leads to your success if you have the right mindset towards it , you can be anything you want to be .
