Discovering that my handwriting changes with my mood

Today, I found several pages of handwriting from different days and noticed something strange.My handwriting looked rushed when I was stressed and softer when I was relaxed. I had never considered that something so ordinary could reveal my mood. It felt like discovering a quiet record of myself without intending to.

People online sometimes share photographs of old notebooks and notice similar details in their writings. That made me look at mine differently. We leave traces of our emotions everywhere even accordentally . Today my handwriting reminded me to notice small signs instead of waiting for feelings to become overwhelming before understanding them.
