I wasn't lazy , I was lost

For a long time, I thought I was just lazy.

I would make plans at night and feel completely motivated. I would write down everything I wanted to do the next morning.Study for a few hours, learn something new, exercise, finish my work, and stay away from my phone.

But the next day, somehow, none of it happened.I would wake up late, check my phone for a few minutes, and suddenly an hour would disappear. Then I would feel guilty. I would tell myself that everyone else was moving forward while I was still standing in the same place. The worst part was that I knew I could do better.

People around me sometimes thought I wasn't serious about my future. Maybe I

The worst part was that I knew I could do better.

People around me sometimes thought I looked careless from the outside. But inside, I was constantly thinking about my career, my responsibilities, my mistakes, and whether I was making the right choices.

I wasn't lazy.I was simply confused about where to start.

One evening, instead of making another huge plan, I sat down and asked myself a simple question: What do I actually want right now?I didn't have a perfect answer.

But I knew I wanted to become independent. I wanted to feel proud of myself. I wanted to stop comparing my life with everyone else's.So I started small.

One task a day. One hour of focused work. Less scrolling. More action.

Nothing magically changed overnight. Some days were still wasted. Some plans still failed.

But slowly, I stopped calling myself lazy.

I understood that sometimes you don't needmore motivation. You need direction.

And once I found a little direction, I finally started moving.
