Name the worry that is loudest right now. What is it really about, underneath?

Well... I feel ugly. Gaunt, bumpy, inspiring sadness in anyone glancing in my direction. It's only worse as I age. Milk v. vine... It's hard to pinpoint exactly what's underneath it... Is it because I crave desire? Probably yes. That's probably the most simple answer. Does my gender have anything to do with it? Potentially. So what am I to do? Change or accept? I don't know.
