Nothing my parents getting older

Today I noticed my father taking longer than usual to climb the stairs.bit was such a small moment but it stayed with me. I suddenly remembered being younger and thinking my parents would always be strong enough to solve everything. Growing up has made me realize they are human too.

That thought made me uncomfortable because time feels much faster now.bi cannot stop them from getting older, and I cannot return to childhood. But I can spend more time with them while I have it. Tonight, I stayed a little longer during our conversation instead of rushing back to my phone.
