One morning, I woke up feeling unusually frustrated. I had been worrying about several things at once—my future, responsibilities, and whether I was making the right decisions in life. Nothing seemed to be going according to the way I had planned. While having breakfast, I noticed my mother quietly doing her usual household work. She had been awake for hours, preparing food and taking care of different things, yet she never complained about how tiring her day going to be.I asked her how she managed to remain so calm despite having so much to do.

She smiled and said, “Every day does not have to be perfect. We just have to do what we can and leave the rest for Tommarow It was a simple answer, but I kept thinking about it.I realised that I had been making my life more difficult by expecting everything to happen exactly according to my plans

Whenever something went wrong, I treated it as a sign that I was failing. I had forgotten that uncertainty is a normal part of life.

That day, I decided to change one small thing. Instead of worrying about everything that could go wrong in the future, I would focus on what I could do that day.I started completing my responsibilities one at a time. I stopped trying to solve problems that had not even happened yet. Gradually, I felt less overwhelmed.

Nothing outside had changed. My responsibilities were still there, and my future was still uncertain. But my way of looking at things had changed. That experience taught me that peace does not always come from having fewer problems. Sometimes, it comes from accepting that we cannot control everything. We spend so much time worrying about tomorrow that we forget to live today.

Life will always have unanswered questions. We may not know exactly where we will be next year or even next month. But we can still make today meaningful by doing our best with what we have.
