The accidental voice note
A accidentally sent a voice note complaining about my colleague to the colleague herself. I started at my phone 📱 in horror, imagining resignation letters and unemployment. Then she replied,
" For the record. I complain about you too shall we get coffee ☕?" I nearly dropped my phone 📱. We met after work and discovered that we had both misunderstood each other's silence as dislike. By the time we left ⬅️, We were laughing about our mutual irritation. I still wish I could erase that voice note from existence , but perhaps the most embarrassing mistake of my life has finally introduced me to someone worth knowing
