The Amazingness of Creativity

Sometimes I think creativity is the strangest thing our brains can do. You can be sitting with a half finished cup of tea, staring at a blank notebook and suddenly an idea appears from nowhere. There is no notification announcing it. It simply arrives , inconveniently , while you're supposed to be doing something important.

I used to think creatively belonged to painters, writers, musicians and people who could casually draw perfect faces without erasing anything. Then I noticed it everywhere. Someone rearranging furniture to make a tiny room feel bigger is being creative. Someone inventing a recipe from leftovers is creative too. It is much bigger.

What amazed me most is how creatively connects completely unrelated things. A song can remind you of a childhood afternoon. A conversation can become a story idea . A strange building can inspire a drawing. Even a random sentence overheard on a bus can stay in your head for days. Somehow, the brain keeps collecting pieces.

Of course, creativity doesn't always arrived beautifully.Sometimes I open my notes app and find seventeen terrible ideas written at midnight. Some sound brilliant when I'm sleepy and absolutely ridiculous the next morning. Still I think those terrible attempts matter. You cannot discover something interesting if you are terrified of producing something embarrassing.

I have also noticed that my best ideas rerely appear when I force them. They arrived while walking showering travelling washing dishes or staring through a window during rain. When nothing particularly exciting is happening my brain finally has space to wander. Perhaps boredom is not empty after all; perhaps it quickly rearranges things.

That is why I find creative people fascinating. They notice details most of us walk past. A cracked wall becomes a photography. An old shirt becomes something new. A childhood memory becomes a story . A problem becomes an opportunity to experiment. They don't necessarily see a different world they simply look longer.

Still, creatively can be frustrating.

There are days when the brain feels completely blank, especially when you desperately need an idea.You open pinterest scroll through photographs save twenty things and somehow become less inspired. Eventually you realize creativity cannot always be ordered like food. Sometimes you just have to begin.

Maybe that is the part I love most about creativity.it makes ordinary life feel less ordinary. A notebook a phone , some left over cardboard, a camera, or even a ridiculous throught can beginning of something. Nothing guarantees that it will be good. But the possibility that it could be amazing is enough.

And sometimes creativity need not be original. We can see a color palette randomly on a Pinterest page and when we are building a website or choosing color for the room or something, then the palette will come to our mind and we will not be using it as we saw. We will customise it according to our wishes and will try other combinations too.

And there is also a song that many people knows about that goes like Imagination..life is your creation...and I believe that. Sometimes with our creativity we can create a escape world for us too, like a coping mechanism.
