I really loved the idea that ordinary lives can still hold extraordinary amounts of feeling. Sometimes hearing a stranger describe something as simple as missing a bus or eating dinner alone reminds us that we are not as alone in our everyday experiences as we think. There is something comforting about finding pieces of our own lives in stories told by people we may never meet.
