The courage to just try
Tonight I realized that some opportunities disappear simply because I keep waiting for the perfect moment. A small college event invited me. But I hesitated, wondering whether I was good enough. By evening the chance had passed leaving me with uncomfortable question. What if I had simply tried anyway .
I've seen people online talk about regretting chances they avoided because of fear or shyness, and it felt painfully familiar. I cannot know whether that opportunity would have changed anything., butvi know avoiding it changed how I felt. Maybe courage is not feeling ready: it is choosing to act.

you are absolutely correct
This is so relatable because sometimes we spend too much time waiting until we feel ready or confident enough. In the end, even a small attempt can be better than carrying the question of βwhat if?β with us. β¨
I could relate. I too had missed a lot of opportunities thinking that I was not talented enough. In 30s I decided to grab every opportunity big or small, without thinking much about the outcome. Worst would be not getting invited again, but I was okay with taking risks. That is when I started to feel fulfilled.
