The day I stopped saving everything for later

Today I realized I had been saving certain things for a future moment that might never arrive. A favorite snack, a new notebook, a nice shirt, and even a message I wanted to send. I suddenly wondered why I treated ordinary happiness like something that needed a special occasion.

Prople online often talk about saving possessiona or experiences for "Someday" and eventually realizing life keeps moving. That thought stayed with me. I do not want everything immediately, but I also don't want to postpone every small pleasure. Today reminded me that ordinary days deserve some of the good things too.
