The exam I didn't top

My results arrived today, and I didn't get the distinction everyone expected. I spent the morning 🌄 avoiding messages because I didn't want to explain my marks. My younger brother finally asked what was wrong . When I told him, he shrugged and asked whether I was free 🆓 to help him build a terrible cardboard model for school 🏫. I laughed despite myself. He didn't care about my marks, he wanted my help with a project that looked like a collapsed building 🏢. We spent the afternoon fixing it together.I realised I had made one disappointing result feel like a verdict on my entire future.
