The first time I understood why people keep certain objects
Today I saw someone carefully keeping an old object that looked useless to me. When I asked why, they explained the memory connected to it Suddenly, it's value made sense. The object itself was ordinary, but it's meaning was not. I realized useless is not the only reason people keep things.
People online often share stories about keeping tickets , letters, broken gifts, or tiny objects because they carry memories. I used to think sentimental objects were unnecessary clutter. Now I understand differently. Some things are valuable because they connect usvto people or moments. Today, I became less judgemental about what others choose to keep.
