The missed call from home
Today, I noticed a missed call from home while I was busy with something else. I planned to call back later, but somehow hours passed. When I finally called, nothing important had happened. We simply talked about ordinary things. Still hearing their voices madebme realize how easily ordinary conversations become precious.
I sometimes assume there will always be another chance to call tomorrow. Most days there probably will be.bBit life changes quietly, and ordinary moments are not guaranteed forever.Tonight, I decided not to postpone small conversations with people I love. Sometimes a five minute call can carry more meaning than we realize.
This one really hits differently. We often assume there will always be another call, another conversation, another tomorrow, so we keep postponing the simple things. But sometimes an ordinary conversation with someone from home can mean much more than we realize. Definitely a reminder to call back when we can. 🤍
