Similar happened at my workplace. An ex employee wrote on Glassdoors about their tenure. Investigation was conducted and no action was taken. These enquiries feel like a sham to me.

This is the scary side of the internet no one wants to talk about until it's too late.
That line - "No worries investigation would take place regardlessly" - sounds reassuring but it's actually terrifying. Once something is viral, the investigation doesn't matter. The screenshots are done, the opinions are made, the character is already judged by 1000 strangers.
We see all those icons - WhatsApp, X, TikTok, Insta, Facebook - and we think it's just "posting." But every icon is a different courtroom where your story will be tried without you. By the time truth comes, no one is interested anymore.
Going viral should not mean losing your right to be heard properly. If something is viral, that is more reason to be careful, not less. I hope whoever wrote this remembers - on the internet, nothing is "no worries."

Yet the justice was not served. Media trial has no meaning.

Powerful reminder that exposing the truth is only the first step; real justice happens when those in power are willing to act on it.
