What if I woke up as Spider - Man?.
I woke up today feeling unusually energetic, stuck to the wall, and completely confused. I looked down at my hands and realized I could shoot webs. After a brief panic , I checked the mirror and discovered I was Spider Man . Apparently, my morning had became much more complicated.
I tried swinging between buildings and immediately crashed into a billboard. Being a superhero looked much cooler in movies.
By afternoon, I stopped a robbery , rescued a cat, and accidentally destroyed someone's laundry while landing.
The worst part? Nobody paid me.
By evening, I understood the real superhero struggle: saving the city while being completely broke.
Afterall, great power comes from great responsibility.
And when I am writing this, I have realised again and felt a little proud of myself for choosing Spidey as my favourite superhero. I wish to be courageous and brave like my superhero when I have to.
And sometimes the villain need not be a one with terrible name and frightening super powers. Sometimes the enemy will be within you which wants you to be lazy, be selfish and greedy. But you have to find strength within yourself and do what is right for yourself and for others.
This made me smile, but the ending actually made me think. I’ve always loved Spider-Man too, and maybe what makes him special isn’t really the webs or superpowers, but the courage to do the right thing even when it’s difficult. Sometimes the biggest battles really are the ones happening within us—against laziness, selfishness, fear, or the temptation to choose what is easy. We may not have superpowers, but choosing to be kind, responsible and brave when it matters is its own kind of strength. Honestly, being a Spidey fan feels like a pretty good choice. 🕷️
