What pain did your younger self carry that you can finally explain to them now?

I know its hard there is so much pressure on you. But you dont have to be strong for everyone. Its not fair to be the one person holding everything and everyone together. You shouldn't have to be a grown up at suck a young age. Your hurt and angry because the people who brought you into this world aren't acting like parents. But know this, everyone has their own pain and your parents are human just like you. Loving is hard and complex but you just try your best not to get hurt. Its gonna get better you just need to give it time.
