what's the difference?

Have you ever noticed as teenagers we rebel.

Partying doing things we shouldn't in general

Yet there are two separate groups of people

One end is people looking to live up their life

Their young wanting to have fun and find themselves

They party do crazy stupid things

They have hilarious stories

Some brag about being drunk or getting into trouble

These are who I call people pleaser

They think of themselves as free spirits but they are just trying to have fun and fit in

The parallel

Are the people who do bad things like drugs to escape

They get drunk and high

They have the same crazy stories of partying

They rebel and are almost identical to the first group

Yet beneath it all is loneliness and depression

I say this because I was the second group

I was never sober from around 12 I started doing things I shouldn't have

Now I am sober and im better

But its a never ending fight for sobriety

I want everyone to know that they are not alone.

No matter what's going on you can do it

No matter how many times you fail or relapse

You can get through just like I have
