This really captures something that a lot of people experience but rarely talk about. Sometimes we grow and change so gradually that we don’t even notice when the things that once brought us happiness start feeling different. And I think the hardest part is not losing interest itself, but feeling guilty about it—as if moving on means losing a part of who we used to be. But maybe it doesn’t have to mean that. Some hobbies belong to certain chapters of our lives, and that’s okay. We can appreciate what they once gave us without forcing ourselves to feel the exact same way forever. Maybe growing up isn’t always about holding on to everything we loved; sometimes it’s also about discovering new things that fit the person we are becoming. Really thoughtful post. 🌱✨
