When I realized how much time small tasks take
Today, I planned my day as if every small task would take live minutes. By evening, I realized I had underestimated almost everything. Showering, eating, traveling, replying, cleaning and searching for things had quietly consumed hours, I felt frustrated, then curious.
Maybe my problem was misunderstanding how time behaved.
Online discussions about routines often mention this exact surprise life contains dozens of tiny tasks that never appear on timetables. That made me reconsider my planning. I do not need to fill every minute. I need to leave room for ordinary life. Today taught me realistic planning is kinder than ambitious guessing.
