You have the power to reinvent yourself anytime

I used to live in a way that every commitment to plans, any interaction, or even day to day activities needed to revolve around whether it made sense to me and who I am as a person. But the reality of that was just putting my personality in a box with no opportunity for self discovery. I used to think I was too busy to get back into reading books but now, it has grown to be my entire personality in my 30’s. Being literate is fun and sexy when you’re not distracted by social media.
I used to think I knew everything there needed to know about myself now that my brain had fully developed. Turns out, i am still continuously evolving, my perspectives can change and I throughly enjoy meeting myself during a new season of life over and over again.
I’m so grateful i’m not the same person I was just even one year ago and look forward to meeting my new self again 5 years from now and see how much I’ve grown.
