This really highlights how unfair the blame game can be in corporate culture. Someone’s years of consistent contribution shouldn’t suddenly become meaningless because they faced a difficult phase. When things go well, the success belongs to the whole team, but when things go wrong, finding one person to blame often becomes the easiest escape. True leadership is not about finding a scapegoat; it is about taking responsibility, understanding the situation, and standing by your people when they need support the most.A very thought-provoking read.
