Fire Apocalypse in Indonesia

This isn’t filter. This is real.
This is what life actually looks like for us in Indonesia right now. Massive wildfires are raging across the country, destroying everything in their path. The worst conditions are currently hitting the islands of Sumatera and Kalimantan, where thick, toxic smoke has completely blocked the sun and turned the sky an eerie, bright orange. This is undeniably the worst wildfire season we have faced in years.
Honestly, I’m exhausted. We just want to breathe clean air without coughing. But looking at this tragic reality gives me deep reflection. It painfully proves that humans can be the greatest disaster on Earth sometimes. It shows clear evidence that we are truly the most terrifying creatures, willing to destroy our own home out of sheer greed, even burning down ancient forests that are meant to be our primary source of life. Sometimes, human nature genuinely scares me.
I am sharing this raw truth not just to vent, but for pur collective reflection, hoping we can learn to be better guardians for our planet before it’s too late. And in the end, please keep my country in your thoughts and send your prayers for us to survive this crisis. Thank you so much for reading this 🙏

I had no idea how bad it was in Sumatera and Kalimantan right now - toxic smoke blocking the sun and turning the sky orange, not being able to breathe without coughing... that sounds terrifying. I hope you are staying indoors as much as you can and wearing a mask if you have to go out. Really praying for clear skies and clean air for you all soon. Please stay safe.
The sudden shift in atmosphere is unreal. The climatic changes are responsible for deep natural calamities. But ultimately it is people like us who suffer from them. The authorities still get profit 8 with these unfortunate events. I pray for you, your family, and your entire nation.
praying for Indonesia’s safety and healing ❤️🩹
