While reading this article the song from frozen "let it go" had been playing in my head. Unfortunately my story had also been the same. I was told to conceal my personality to appear acceptable to everyone. Only in my youth I realised that I should show my real self. I am no longer afraid of judgements because I do not need approval from anybody. I am not pretending to be someone else and I feel free.

I love how this highlights that not everything we learn while growing up has to stay with us forever. Sometimes we follow certain beliefs simply because we've heard them our entire lives, without realising how much they limit us. Unlearning them can be uncomfortable, especially when they feel familiar, but that's also where real growth begins. I think there's so much strength in questioning what no longer serves us and choosing to build a mindset that allows us to grow, dream, and become our own person. 🤍
