The main question is what causes detachment
Why do we feel distant from our own people from our loved ones
There are so many questions but nobody talk about it
There are so many reasons first of all our parents negligence some of the parents are attentive when there is change in their child’s behaviour but most of the parents don’t pay attention , they question their children they compare them .
You were not like this before you were so social or a good child but they never pay attention what’s makes their children like this
The society or family members
One of the reason is society and some of our closed one our family
Society judges you no matter what if you are poor haven’t achieved any thing in your life according to them then they mock you they make fun of you instead of being supportive which makes a person to avoid them
Most of the time our closed family makes us feel distant they make you feel that you are not fit in their circle
If you are poor or not well qualified or not settle financially in your life they don’t pay attention to you they mock you they make you realise that you are not worth it , there is no value of your perspective , they make you feel like you are not belong to them that you are different some kind of alien which makes you feel detached
Body shaming , comparison is one of the reason when make you to avoid and feel detached
When people mock you on the basis of your looks ,it breaks your heart , you feel like why are you like this and when they compare you with others you feel inferior Which makes you feel distant and you want to avoid others in order to make peace with yourself
When people around you make you feel like you don't belong, you
Your vote is final.

Talking about detachment, we all have faced this somewhere in life and more than anything the hurt it brings is unexplainable. But to be honest, in India talking about feelings, acknowledgement by family is not normalised yet, and reason for this could be anything, but I think the major one is upbringing of the last generation who were actively taught to be the best by comparing themselves to others while suppressing their emotions and they expect us to do the same, which actually is exhausting and forcing us to be detached from them.
This is such an important topic because detachment doesn’t always happen suddenly. Sometimes it happens slowly, after years of feeling misunderstood, compared, or simply unheard. People often notice that someone has changed, but rarely stop to ask what made them change. We really need to talk about this more
detachment has deeper roots 💯
