Boundries is such an important part of a individual and people have to respect that and we have the whole rights to protect it and people are not ready to have this Convo ngl

Fr!
I know that, but unfortunately whenever we start this type of conversation, the only answer we get in return is, ' We were of your age too, we never mentioned anything like this!' ..
but the actual fact is ,they themselves were never thought to understand individuals emotionally..

I couldn't agree more. Age is not a default criteria for respect. Boundaries do not mean distance or isolation, they mean safety and protection. The generation before us think we insult them by setting boundaries. I know how difficult it is to explain.

We do have our own life to look after, but somewhere by the heart we feel that guilt of not understanding them..
