Really enjoyed reading this. It’s one of those topics that seems ordinary until you learn what’s happening behind the scenes. Definitely made me appreciate how incredible the human body is.

I never really stopped to think about how much our brain does behind the scenes just so we can "see." The part about optical illusions was my favourite, it really makes you question how much of what we see is actually reality.
