Why should protocol have such question when the reality is different? Sometimes interviews feel like audition for reality tv show. Once I was told by an intervier that you need to be out of your comfort zone. Like is this an audition for Roadies?

This opening is already making me curious about what actually happened. The way the HR representative immediately gets offended by a simple question says a lot about how uncomfortable some workplaces can become when someone raises a genuine concern. I feel like people often talk about professionalism and workplace culture, but the real test is how they react when an employee speaks up about something that doesn't feel right. A safe environment isn't just about having rules written in a policy document; it's also about whether people feel heard, respected, and comfortable enough to express their concerns without being made to feel guilty for asking. I'm really interested to see how this situation develops and whether the people involved will actually address the issue or simply try to brush it aside. Sometimes the way an organisation responds to one difficult conversation tells us more than all its promises ever could.
