That sound exhausting . The most sad part is that you were already struggling physically yet felt responsible for everyone else’s work . Hopefully this experience will make you realise that saying no sometimes is necessary not selfish

While saying NO is very very hard and awkward, specifically for introverts, sometimes it is important to prioritise yourself over any awkwardness or anyone else. Doing a favour at your expense is not kindness, its self harm.
