The woman had performed at hundreds of weddings before, but she never forgot the one that happened in the middle of nowhere.
She was a singer, and that evening she and her small band received an unusual request. A man had contacted them and offered good money to perform at a wedding outside the city.
There was only one strange condition. They were not supposed to ask too many questions.
The address led them farther and farther away from the city. Eventually, the paved road disappeared, replaced by a narrow dirt path surrounded by darkness.
When they finally arrived, they saw a huge house glowing with lights. There were cars parked outside. Music was already playing. People were dressed beautifully, and the place looked exactly like a wedding celebration. At first, everything seemed normal. The bride sat beneath a decorated canopy while guests talked and laughed. The singer and her band were taken inside and asked to begin performing. They played one song.
Then another. The guests listened silently.Too silently.
There was no clapping. No cheering. Nobody was talking while the music played. Hundreds of faces simply stared at the performers.
The singer began to feel uncomfortable.During a short break, she whispered to one of the people who had brought them there.“Why is everyone so quiet?”
The man looked at her strangely.“They are enjoying the music.”She tried to laugh it off. Then she noticed something else. She couldn’t recognize a single guest.
Not one.The bride was also staring directly at her. When the singer looked away and then looked back, the bride was smiling. The band continued playing.
At some point, one of the musicians quietly told her that something felt wrong. He said the building seemed much larger inside than it had looked from outside.

They decided to finish the performance and leave. But when they asked for directions, nobody answered. The man who had hired them simply told them to continue playing.
So they did.Later that night, the singer noticed that the windows showed complete darkness outside. No road.No cars.
No lights from the city.Nothing.She finally asked one of the older guests where they were. The woman smiled and replied with a sentence that frightened her:
“You came from the human world, didn’t you?”The singer froze. She didn’t understand what the woman meant. Then the lights suddenly went out.
For a few seconds, there was complete silence. When the lights returned, the room looked different. The decorations were gone. The guests were gone.
Even the wedding canopy had disappeared.Only the musicians remained. They ran outside. The huge house was nowhere to be seen.
Instead, they were standing beside an abandoned stretch of land. There were no cars.No wedding. No people. They eventually found their way back to the main road and contacted the number that had hired them.

The phone was unreachable.According to the legend, when they later tried to investigate the address, they discovered that there had never been a house there.
Some people believe the musicians had unknowingly been invited to a wedding belonging to djinn.Others believe there was a simpler explanation.
But the singer reportedly never performed at another wedding without first asking exactly where it was.Because sometimes, the strangest part of a horror story isn’t what you see.
It’s realizing that you may have been somewhere you were never supposed to be.

After performing at a strange wedding where no one clapped, the band realized they were in danger and were supposed to
