Saying No to people doesn’t make you selfish. Always saying yes makes you selfless. Kindness with sustainance is not a crime. Boundeies are not rejection, they are the way to respecting and regarding yourself.

It’s exhausting trying to be everything for everyone, especially when you slowly start ignoring what you need just to avoid disappointing others. Keeping people happy shouldn’t come at the cost of losing yourself, and that balance is honestly so hard to maintain.
