Being patient has become more difficult than ever before.
We live in our world. We are almost everything quickly. We can order food with a few steps, watch movie instant and receive messages within seconds. While these convenience make life easier, they also make us expect fast result in other areas of life. Many people want success as quickly as possible. Student hope to get good grades without constant study, professionals expect rapid career growth and people often compare their progress with other on social media. When things do not happen as expected, they may feel disappointed or think they are falling behind.
Social media has also changed the way we think about success. Every day, we see people, sharing achievement, vacations, promotions or exciting moments. It is easy to forget that we are only seeing a small part of their lives. Behind every achievement, there are Usual years of hard work, failure and that are rarely shown on online. Constant comparison can make us feel impatient with our own journey.
Another reason patient is difficult is that we often want certainty. We want to know exactly whenever efforts will bring result.
Unfortunately, life does not always work that way. Sometime we study hard but do not get the expected marks. Sometime we apply for jobs and weight weekly for a response. At other time we work towards so cool without seeing immediate progress. These situation test our patience.
Impatient can also affect our relationship. We are stressed or in hurry, we may react without listening careful or understanding the other person’s point of you. A simple misunderstanding can become a bigger problem because we respond too quickly instead of taking a moment to think.
Despite these challenges, patient is more important than ever. It reminded us that meaningful achievement take time and that progress is Not always visible every day. Instead of expecting instant success, we can focus on learning, improving, and trusting the process.
In a fast moving world, choosing to be patients is not always easy but is available skill. It helps us to stay calm during uncertainty, avoide unnecessary frustration, and continue moving forward, even when results take longer than expected. It also teaches us to appreciate small progress because even small steps matter. When we look back after sometime, we often realise how far we have come, even if it did not feel like it in the moment. Patience also build emotional strength, help us handle pressure with a clearer mind and a calmer heart. It allows us to think before reacting and make better decision in difficult situations. Over time, patient shapes of character and help us into more understanding and balanced individuals.
Ultimately, Patience Is a quick reminder that everything meaningful takes time. Even when motivation is low. It teaches us trust the process, stay consistent even when the result are not immediate and believe that regular efforts will leader us forward. In the end, it is not speed but the patients that turns efforts into lasting success.

Exactly...when our attention span is so small we cannot think or analyse the thing that is happening..we just respond instead of reacting
