Sometimes the darkest moments aren't about being alone. They're about feeling like nobody could understand what's going on inside your head, even when you're surrounded by people.

These dark moments are definitely painful. Knowing you are alone prepares us for the long battle ahead. But being invisible in the group of 'our' people feels like a back stab.

This is a heavy truth. It’s hard enough fighting the quiet battles, but feeling invisible among 'your own' makes it so much heavier. I see you, and your presence matters.
