on "The Paradox of Being Seen"

This is such an important reminder because sometimes we become so focused on helping others that we forget to ask ourselves whether our help is actually wanted or needed. Having good intentions doesn't automatically mean we understand what someone else is going through, and sometimes the best thing we can do is listen instead of assuming we know what's best for them. I also think social media has made it harder to be genuinely ourselves because everyone feels pressured to present a version of their life that looks perfect, even when reality is completely different. There's so much value in being honest, accepting our flaws, and allowing ourselves to be human without constantly worrying about how others perceive us. And honestly, helping someone should never mean taking away their voice or making decisions for them. Sometimes, respecting someone's boundaries and giving them the freedom to figure things out on their own is the kindest thing we can do. 🤍
