what caused Tmkoc downfall ?

The show aired in late 2010s,and it instantly became very popular amongst fans and household in whole India .It became a quiet popular show in it initial days and suddenly every kid and adult knew about it,wether from the funny names of the characters or by the silly BGM given to the tonality of the show.

1. The storyline was chaotic yet funny and understandable to know about the whole show .They showed various variaties of characters adapting to the need of the scene (like popatlal helping Jethalal by providing him with 50 thousand ruppes from his pocket,while the audience knew that popatlal is a selfish person who only used to think about himself in the times needs and the number one topic he used to think about is about his wedding and it’s fantasy.The time when a random women gets her cover in the terrace of gokuldham society ,our dear popatlal said “agar ander ladki hui toh?Aur woh kuwari hui toh? That guy was probably a lustfull man on the show ,without being directly showed about it .the other tharki /obsessed with his next door neighbours was our main character “jetha Lal gada “Tge man who lit up everytime his society members “Babita “showed up on screen and everytime he saw her ,his whole facial expression changed very quickly.while his own wife ,”Daya “stood there and watched him, being able to do nothing, standing up helplessly.Though the show was an exceptional success and including me,we all enjoyed the various timeline and story line of the series for example,my personal favourite episodes were ,Ajay devaan’s red ruby theft ,Bhootni (the classic )episodes,”teri band ho dukaan ,when they were scammed by their saree overall bill .The time where all gokuldham society members ,visits kutch ,native place of Jethalal and his family,The whole family enjoyes along with all the members,and in the end Jethalal does a camel ride and unknowingly ends up in Pakistan 🇵🇰,this was one of the best episodes ever in this show.Untill 2017 When all the actors were playing thier role ,one by one they stated to back out ,and the show had no option but to replace the casts with new actors ,which ended up being very bad.The shows rating being to fall down rapidly ,the casts were unable to keep up with their older versions and older actors/actress .Now come to think about it ,for me the last best episode in the show was when Tapu Seena,graduated thier 10th grade .The show kept them in college for almost a decade ,this made no sense as the college only lasts till 2 years ,I don’t know why they kept it for that long ,and ever since Covid -19 erupted ,the show’s popularity has been declining,I suppose the only reason why some people still watch this show is because of jethalal,apart from him. Every major character has been replaced once or twice .this is the reason why I feel the show fell down and hit their rock bottom ,while other new commer contents rapidly grew .
