You can not step into the same river twice !

And the patterns we learned along the way , to hide us in a safe place ,and who we have become in order to survive .It’s true that it takes a deep blow on the head to realize the pit we were in all this time .And once that happens to you, you take all your energy and learn to pick yourself and climb up from the pit .You meet yourself at the end of the pit .But different ,evolved ,you can see truth in your eyes .You don’t step into the same river twice .And that itself is the whole point !
