My Childhood Insecurity

My Childhood Insecurity

I can truly relate to stories about insecurity. Since my childhood, l also felt insecure about my looks.
When I was in school, my classmates used to ask me many questions about it. At that time I used to feel very bad and shy.
But now I have understood that everyone is beautiful in their own way. Our insecurities make us who we are. It is not easy to accept them, but we should discuss them openly.
I am still learning to love myself and I want to tell every girl that she is beautiful just the way she is.
This experience taught me a lot. I realized that comparing myself with others only makes me sad. Now I try to focus on my strengths. I started talking to my close friends about my feelings and they supported me a lot. I also started writing my thoughts in a diary which makes me feel better. I know many girls feel the same, so I want to share my story to make them feel confident. We should all support each other and celebrate our uniqueness.
I believe every girl is beautiful in her own way and we should always be kind to ourselves and love who we are truly.
