I do not like when we are eating and someone says, "oh so much sugar and oil. so unhealthy". Like dude, did I ask you? I am shoving it down your throat? just go away and let me enjoy my meal.

Unsolicited advice is annoying enough, but commenting on someone’s food while they’re eating takes it to another level. Boundaries matter. 👏

I get the point here. There’s a big difference between sharing what works for you and acting like there’s one rule that everyone has to follow. Fitness and nutrition can look very different from person to person, so giving advice without knowing someone’s actual situation can sometimes do more harm than good. It’s always better to share information responsibly instead of making people feel guilty about what they eat.
