This is so beautifully written and there is no perfect textbook defenition of the word love...it changes but stays constant at the same time

I think we will understand 'love' better if we love ourselves first. We will understand what makes us feel special or upset. Let the love be the teacher with us being the students.

I think sometimes loving someone deeply can make us forget where love should have boundaries too. You can understand someone’s mistakes, forgive them, and still care about them without having to accept everything they do. Loving someone doesn’t mean losing yourself in the process. The difficult part is knowing when you’re staying because you genuinely want them, and when you’re staying because you’ve become attached to the idea of never letting them go.
