This made me think about how much of childhood we leave behind without even realising it. There’s something so innocent about sitting with paints, making a complete mess, and enjoying something without worrying whether you’re actually good at it. The picture makes it feel even more nostalgic because childhood was never really about creating something perfect—it was about getting lost in whatever you were doing. And maybe that’s the part we miss most as we grow up, the ability to enjoy something simply because it makes us happy, without needing a reason or a result. 🤍
