Journey of unlearning
Some life lessons hold us back from accessing our full potential. Some lessons are passed from generations, however that does mean they are relevant. Some life lessons we need to unlearn. This is my unlearning journey.

I had heard from so many people about unlearning. I would look forward to understanding which skills you are referring to. in my opinion unlearning is equally important as learning.
I really like the idea of unlearning things we grew up believing without ever questioning them. Sometimes we carry certain beliefs simply because they were passed down to us, not because they actually help us grow. Realising that something familiar isn't always right takes courage, especially when it's connected to family, society, or the way we've always seen ourselves. I think unlearning is just as important as learning because it gives us the freedom to understand ourselves better and choose what truly feels right for us. 🤍
