Going Back to School as an Alumni 🎓❤️

Going Back to School as an Alumni 🎓❤️

Have you ever visited a place after years and suddenly felt like you had travelled back in time? That is exactly what happens when you return to your school as an alumnus. Recently, I imagined attending my school function after several years of graduating. The thought itself brought back so many memories that I realised how special our school days truly were. Walking through those familiar gates again would feel different. Once, I entered them carrying a heavy schoolbag, worrying about homework, assignments, surprise tests, and whether I had completed my classwork. But this time, I would enter as a guest, with no uniform, no attendance register, and absolutely no fear of being questioned about my incomplete homework! The classrooms would still be there. The playground would probably look s…

Juniors vs Seniors

Juniors vs Seniors

Things have changed a lot. In the past seniors used to be ruff and tuff, juniors were nowhere to them , ragging was so frequent but now due to multiple reasons like anti - ragging law, anti - ragging policies etc. Now ragging is hardly found anywhere, it has become very rare , now seniors and juniors have been having good friendship where everyone knows how to respect eachother and how to behave with camaraderie. When I was in the Graduation i remember my seniors were so supportive since day first only. They used to ask us if we are having any problems, if we are having any kind of issues then we can ask them to help and they would definitely help us. Due to the supportive seniors, for us , who were just a school kid and came to the college, it became so easy to opt the college conditions…

early mornings

early mornings

Nobody tells you that early mornings have their own kind of silence. Not the empty silence of a dead afternoon, but a full one, as if the world is holding its breath before it starts talking. I'm rarely there by choice. The alarm goes off and my first thought is betrayal. How dare it? I was in the middle of a perfectly good dream, and now I'm being dragged into a darkness that still smells like night. I bargain, of course. Five more minutes. Then five more after that. Sleep and I are in a toxic relationship, and I'm the one who keeps coming back. But on the days I actually get up, something shifts. The house is still. The street is blue and unhurried. Somewhere a lone bird starts up, then a second, like the world is slowly tuning its instruments. The air is cold enough to wake my face, and…

October

October

October arrives like a quiet confession. One day it's just another month on the calendar, and the next the air has changed, a little cooler, a little softer, as if the whole world has exhaled. I love it, and I am not sure why. Maybe it is the light. It turns golden and slanted in the late afternoon, the kind that makes even an ordinary street look like a memory you have not made yet. Maybe it is the smell, that faint mix of dry leaves, chai, and something old and familiar I can never quite name. October feels like the month where everything slows down just enough to be felt. Summer was loud, all heat and hurry. October lowers its voice. It lets you notice things: the way evenings arrive earlier, the way a sweater suddenly makes sense, the way a cup of something warm becomes a small, relia…

Nature & Anxiety

Nature & Anxiety

As someone who loves the fall and cooler weather, I'm prioritizing going outside every day rain or shine. Whether thats stepping onto my covered balcony or walking through an orchard and soaking up some vitamin d. Through the years, nature has helped me calm my thoughts and allow myself to just take a break from reality. Even though it's scary sometimes to be alone with your thoughts, a little greenery makes it feel a little bit better.

When I learned that some problems became smaller with sleep

Today something bothered me so much that I kept thinking about it before going to bed. I expected the problem to feel equally heavy the next morning. Surprisingly after sleeping it seemed more manageable. Nothing had changed externally. Somehow, my perspective had changed simply because my mind had rested. People online often describe going to sleep with a problem and waking up with clearer throughts. I used to think that sounded too simple. Today I understood it. Rest does not magically solve everything, but exhaustion can make problems appear larger.sometimes the first step towards clarity is simply giving the brain time to recover.

The Audacity of Being an Adult

The Audacity of Being an Adult

Nobody warned me that adulthood would basically be me googling things my parents somehow knew automatically. The other day, I stood in the kitchen holding a packet of milk, wondering whether it had expired. I checked the date, smelled it, stared at it suspiciously and finally asked my mother. She looked at it for approximately 0.4 seconds and said, “It's fine.” HOW? Did she attend a secret workshop? Was there a subject called Milk Expiration Detection in school? Why do mothers possess this supernatural ability to identify spoiled food without conducting a single scientific experiment? Meanwhile, I can spend five years studying medicine and still call my mother to ask whether the leftover rice in the refrigerator is safe to eat. And that's just the beginning. Adulthood is paying money to bu…

When I realized some days are better because nothing changed

Today I expected something in my life to change but everything remained almost exactly the same Surprisingly I did not feel disappointed. There was comfort in recognizing that nothing had gone wrong either. Sometimes stability can feel boring, but it also gives us space in breathe without constantly adapting. People online often talk about Craving change until they experience enough of it and begin appreciating stability. Their experience made me think . Not every good day needs a breakthrough. Sometimes the best things about a day is that familiar people are okay, routines continue and nothing suddenly demands our attention.

The day I stopped saving everything for later

Today I realized I had been saving certain things for a future moment that might never arrive. A favorite snack, a new notebook, a nice shirt, and even a message I wanted to send. I suddenly wondered why I treated ordinary happiness like something that needed a special occasion. Prople online often talk about saving possessiona or experiences for "Someday" and eventually realizing life keeps moving. That thought stayed with me. I do not want everything immediately, but I also don't want to postpone every small pleasure. Today reminded me that ordinary days deserve some of the good things too.

Lilies Over Roses

Lilies Over Roses

Sometimes, the quietest things hold the deepest meaning. There is something about lilies that makes me choose them over roses, and honestly, I have never been able to explain it properly. Roses are beautiful. They are bold, romantic, and impossible to ignore. They arrive with grand gestures, dramatic colours, and a kind of beauty that demands attention. A red rose can say a thousand things without a single word. It can represent passion, desire, and the kind of love people write stories about. But lilies? Lilies feel different. They don't seem to be trying so hard to be noticed. They simply exist, standing gracefully with their petals open, carrying a quiet elegance that makesyou stop and look twice. There is something peaceful about them, something that doesn't ask for applause or approval.…

When I realized a conversation can change without anyone noticing

Today, I was talking with someone and suddenly noticed that our conversation had become more honest than usual. There was no dramatic turning point. We simply started sharing things we normally avoided. By the end, I realized something had changed between us, even though neither of us announced it .. People online often describe conversations that unexpectedly deepen relationships without planning. I think that happened today.Trust can grow quietly inside ordinary dialogue, Sometimes people become closer not because they have a major conversation, but because they gradually stop hiding small truths. Today reminded me to listen when conversations naturally become more genuine.

People don't talk in sentences

People don't talk in sentences

The more I write and the more I talk, I'm realising that people don't talk in sentences. Like we do have structure to what we say, we just don't make it into a sentence. When we're having a discussion or a conversation it's more natural to maintain the flow by not dividing it into sentences. For example: If i was naturally speaking to you I would use fillers words like like and because and and and so coz its much more easier to talk this way like it shows the flow of my thoughts without giving a pause coz I feel like a pause in conversation is an invitation for someone to enter, you know, like im done talking so now it's your turn. That was a pain to read. Which is why we have sentences. I have never noticed anyone properly formulate their sentences with a proper start and full stop. …

When I discovered that being organized saves emotional energy

Today I spent less time searching for things because I had finally placed them where they belonged. Nothing dramatic changed , but my mind felt less irritated I realized disorganisation does not only waste time, it also creates, tiny frustrations throughout the day. Order can quietly protect our patience. People online often describe organizing documents., files, or household items and feeling mentally lighter afterward , I understood that connection today. Organization is not about making everything perfect.it is about reducing unnecessary decisions and searches. Today taught me that a little preparation can save emotional energy that I would rather spend on meaningful things.

The strange feeling of seeing someone else use my old advice

Today, someone repeated advice I had once given them, and I realized they had actually remembered it. Hearing my own words through someone else's voice felt strange bi had forgotten the conversation completely, but they had not. It made me understand that words can continue affecting people after we stop thinking about them. People online often describe rembering advance from teachers, friends, or relatives years later That made today's moment feel important. We rarely know which sentence will stay with someone.May be our influence is sometimes invisible until much later. Today reminded me to choose my words carefully, became small advice can travel surprisingly far.

The first time I noticed how people say goodbye

Today, I paid attention to how different people say goodbye. Some wave some simply leave , some repeat the phrase twice , and others always add another sentence before walking away, I had never noticed these habits. Suddenly farewells felt like tiny signatures that revealed personally without requiring explanation. People online sometimes share observations about friends unusual phrases or habits, and I realized how much we learn through repeated details.Goodbyes are usually brief yet they happen constantly. Maybe that is why their patterns become familiar. Today reminded me that knowing someone includes recognizing the smallest ways they move through ordinary moments.

Today, I switched off my music while doing a routine task and noticed how Quiet everything become. At first the silence felt uncomfortable. Then I started hearing small sounds I usually ignore footsteps, fans, distant traffic and birds. The world had always been making noise , I had simply been covering it. People online often talk about intentionally spending time without headphones, videos or constant background entertainment. Their experiences made sense today.silences does not always mean loneliness. Sometimes it gives ordinary surroundings room to exist.vi want to practice leaving small spaces empty instead of filling every second with something demanding attention.

The first time I appreciated a boring day

Today, nothing particularly exciting happened. There were no dramatic conversation, surprises, achievements, or memorable events. Yet by evening. I felt peaceful I realized I had spent much of my life believeing meaningful days needed something special. Perhaps a quiet day without problems is already something worth appreciating. People online often describe boring days as secretly valuable because nothing went seriously wrong I understood that today.peace can feel invisible when we are constantly searching for simulation. Maybe ordinary days deserve gratitude precisely because they pass without demanding anything from us. Today boredom felt less like emptiness and more like safety.

The day I realized some questions have different answers at different ages

Today I remembered a question I used to ask myself years ago. Back then, I had one answer . Now I would answer completely differently. Nothing about the question had changed. I had That made me realize that some answer are not permanent because the person answering them keeps developing. People online often revisit old beliefs and realize their perspective changesd with experience. I found that Comforting. I do not need to decide everything forever. Some questions can remain open while life teaches meore. Today , I felt grateful that I am allowed to grow beyond answers I once believed completely.

The first time I understood why people keep certain objects

Today I saw someone carefully keeping an old object that looked useless to me. When I asked why, they explained the memory connected to it Suddenly, it's value made sense. The object itself was ordinary, but it's meaning was not. I realized useless is not the only reason people keep things. People online often share stories about keeping tickets , letters, broken gifts, or tiny objects because they carry memories. I used to think sentimental objects were unnecessary clutter. Now I understand differently. Some things are valuable because they connect usvto people or moments. Today, I became less judgemental about what others choose to keep.

When I realized I could change my mind without explaining everything

Today I changed my opinion about something after learning new information. My first reaction was embarrassment because I had previously spoken considerably about it. Then I realized changing my mind was actually evidence that I had learned something.I did not need to defend my old opinion simply because it was mine. Online discussions often become heated when people change their positions, yet many thoughtful conversations celebrate reconsideration. That stayed with me. The day I realized everyone has their own version of the same place

Today, I sat somewhere familiar and wondered how differently other people might experience the exact same place. For me, it carried one set of memories. For someone else, it might represent friendship , stress work , celebration or nothing important at all. A location is never just one story. creating

creating

Hi! This is my first post, and I wanted to share one of the latest drawings I made this year. I recently discovered this technique called pointillism, and I absolutely loved it because it’s just a collection of dots that you can use to create literally any drawing, detail, shadow, or shape. This isn’t my favorite piece, but it’s definitely one of the ones I enjoyed creating the most. I will be sharing more soon. Almost forgot to mention, I chose to draw this specific flower because it was my grandpa’s favorite. He passed away two years ago, and he was one of the people with the most beautiful souls I’ve ever known. I’m so grateful to have been his granddaughter and to have the ability to create art that I hope, somehow, he can still see.

Hey so, this is just a random article or a blog you can say so morning I just another disguise that God has given us get of blessing. I feel that a if you have ever woke up at 4:30 and and gone for a walk before sunrise then you should feel what a blessing it is to wake up early with your mind and so. Mind my thoughts on this but if you ever get the opportunity to go for a walk just try and execute that one because you may never know the next day is coming up or not because your life is uncertain. And you know what, the best part about life is its uncertainty. A better thing about you would never get the same day back you once lived. When I realized some friendships are built on repeated ordinary moments

Today, I thought about a friendship that never had one dramatic beginning. It simply grew through repeated conversations, shared routines, jokes and ordinary days. I realized I could not identify one moment when the friendship became important. Somehow, consistency had done what grand gestures never could. The Daughter Who Had to Leave Her Home to Become Someone’s Wife

There is a strange thing about being a daughter. You spend your childhood being told that one day you will have a home of your own, yet nobody prepares you for the day you must leave the home that taught you how to live.As a little girl, Meera grew up surrounded by love. Her mother reminded her to carry a sweater whenever she stepped outside, and her father never forgot to ask whether she had eaten. Her parents worried when she returned late, questioned the people she befriended, and set rules about where she could go and when she should come home. Sometimes, Meera felt frustrated. Her friends could attend late-night parties, travel wherever they wished, and make decisions without explaining themselves. Meanwhile, she had to negotiate for the simplest freedoms. She often wondered why love c…
